Three of Tarts

We are on a theme at the moment being ginger.  Here lays my weakness, gingerbread pancakes! Where do these brilliant people come from, who make marvellous creations such as this.  I envy such culinary creative characters, i aspire to be like you!  So yeah, check it out she not only made these heavenly stacks of slapjacks but infused lemon into the maple syrup!
