Three of Tarts

I get giddy just thinking about this dish!  I looks so warm and tasty! I am one of those people who loves ravioli and I take my time to enjoy it fully and entirely!  I went to a dinner at August in New York about a year ago and i had a ravioli dish that swept me off my feet!  This dish looks like it could be just as dashing! I have never made ravioli but i think it could be a really fun thing to do!  I just need a pasta maker then im set!
