ABC Kitchen

We are in the final games of the Stanley Cup and last night was a big win for us (The Canucks).  I have been fighting a fever the last couple of days so the idea of going out into the streets of downtown Vancouver wasn't my idea of a dandy time.  However I did celebrate with a little ice-cream sandwich.   However I wish I was in New York at ABC kitchen eating this ice-cream!  I love the idea of using popcorn in things. I've had a cucumber popcorn salad once and it was great and now the idea of caramel ice-cream with peanuts and popcorn is making me want to get better even quicker so i can fly to New York and go straight here! ... here is another reason i could never do raw/vegan!
