Three of Tarts

They actually make this stuff?  Here stands a jar of ginger snap spread called Speculoos à Tartiner!  This sounds wonderful, as i am a totally ginger snap addict! I don't know where you would find this in Canada as I found it on the web on a french ladies blog... totally describing it fully and making me envy her jar.   She spreads it on fresh baquettes!  And to think i just got back from Paris and returned jarless, however I keep findng reasons to go back! Paris you have a chunk of my heart (and not just because of a ginger snap spread).
